How to hide a Region on Shell

Hi I have a WPF mapping application under progress. I have various regions on the UI, main ones like MainRegion (hosting a map). A side column containing the navigation control, table of map contect, etc. I have a View for a GPS connection which I want to open in the same space that the MainRegion uses on click of a button by splitting the space between the MapView and the GPSView, I want to invoke this view on a button click in another View-EditorView in EditorRegion ; and when this GPSView is dismissed, the MapVIew should reclaim the complete space and the GPSRegion should also Hide. How do I go about it? Need ideas asap. Thanks

Hi,

You can find a similar behavior in the Reference Implementation inside the Position module, when you click the plus or minus buttons on any stock.

I hope you find this helpful.
