Hi,

I am trying to understand the working of IActiveAware interface implemented in DelegateCommand class. I trying to create a DelegateCommand which canbe enabled/disabled based on the current View (Active View).

Any suggestions/links/pointers are highly appreciated.

Hi Indro,

You could check the following thread, in which the use of IActiveAware interface in DelegateCommands is explained:

CompositeCommand for ANY registered DelegateCommand that CanExecute

Basically, the IActiveAware interface is used in DelegateCommands in order for CompositeCommands to have a notion of which DelegateCommand is active. You can find an example of the use of composite commands in the Commanding QuickStart.

I hope you find this helpful.
