Problem with a dependancy on a .Net assembly

I'm sorry if this is a basic answer but I can't seem to solve it.

I have my main app and one module.
The main app does not contain a reference to System.Data.Linq, but the module does.  When I run the app and it tries to load the module I get the following error

Cannot resolve dependency to assembly 'System.Data.Linq, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' because it has not been preloaded. When using the ReflectionOnly APIs, dependent assemblies must be pre-loaded or loaded on demand through the ReflectionOnlyAssemblyResolve event.

If I add a reference inside the main assembly it loads fine and functions as I would expect.  I'm sure this is an easy resolution to this but I must be missing it.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for letting us know of this, because it was indeed a bug.
Notice the word "was" because we were able to introduce a last minute fix for this, before the release candidate.

Hi Julian,

Thanks so much for your reply.  I just downloaded RC and it works fine.  I'm looking forward to working with it.
