Differences between composite Application Library and Composite application Block

Hi,
Im New to Prism.Can any1 knows differences between Composite Application Library and Composiste Application Block.
I Knew tht Prism is Code name of Composite Application Block.

Also can any1 show me differences between CAL and CAB.

The documentation of the Prism v2  - Drop 10 includes the following topic to help Composite UI Application Block developers familiarize themselves with the Composite Application Library, by comparing the main components of both libraries. Perhaps you could find it useful.
