We have a WPF Prism 4.0, .NET 4.5 Application. It was originally developed on a Windows Machine set to use the “Classic” windows theme. Now, when users that have machines set to use the “Aero” interface, they are seeing minor differences in the WPF UI
We have developed WPF applications in the past, and have forced the UI to set the machine to “Classic via an inclusion (below) in the App.xaml, but in Prism, since the modules are being loaded at run-time, the setting does not seem to work.
<ResourceDictionary Source="/PresentationFramework.Classic;V126.96.36.199;31bf3856ad364e35;component/themes/classic.xaml" />
When using WPF w/ Prism, how are the classic styles set to ensure consistent use across windows machines using different themes?
Any help would be appreciated.
