I just downloaded the 10-30-09 version of CompositeApplicationGuidance and tried to compile.

I get a referance error that "White.Core" is not found.

Was this left out of the build for some reason and if so where can I get it so The error does not happen.

I am trying to get the "PrismRiaServicesSample" to compile and run. I want to use this as a starting point for my project.

Thank you

Hi Roy

You can download the required version of the White assemblies from here, and you should place them in the ~DecompressionFolder\LIB\White folder that is automatically created when you extract Prism-v2.1.

Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Damian,

Thank you for the guidance but I could not find and reference to the White Assemblies at CodePlex or http://blogs.southworks.net/dschenkelman.

I have down loaded every thing that I can find related to "AcceptanceTestLibrary" and get a minimum of 37 errors on all versions when I try to build it.

I am sure that I am missing something basic but it seems that this Visual Studio is getting verry complex for a program that was clouted as simple.
I have not been able to get the first Prism ample to compile and run and I have been trying two weeks now.

Thank you
Roy

Roy, maybe your email reader messed up the hyperlinks, Damian had a hyperlink for the word "here" pointed at: http://white.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=16371

White is open source project from Thoughtworks, you can download white from Codeplex (link above).

Thanks,

Attila

Thank you
I found the White.Core files

The ProjectLinkerSource has a AcceptanceTestLibrary of its own that has Core as a reference.

Do you know where this one is also?

Thank you
