Change Constraint for CommandBehaviorBase for WPF

CommandBehaviorBase for WPF should have FrameworkElement or even UIElement as a constraint for T.
Currently the constraint is Control.

We are closing this work item as this is no longer an issue since Prism 4.1 release (

The change on type constraint in CommandBehaviorBase was implemented using #if precompiler directives:
  • For WPF the type constraint is now UIElement.
  • For Silverlight, type constraint is still Control.
