Feature Request: [AcceptanceTestLibrary] ability to start the browser window as maximized (instead of the last window position)

Thank you for Prism v4.
 
I would like to request the ability to start the browser window as maximized (instead of the last window position) in the AcceptanceTestLibrary.
 
One way to do this through the command line is like this:
cmd /c start "" /MAX iexplore.exe http://www.bing.com

And also maybe which monitor to use if using a machine with multiple monitors.
