Authentication & Authorization

I'm new to composite application and I was wondering what was the best way to implement Authentication  & Authorization.

I was think having a module responsible for Authentication.  This module would be responsible to display the login view and authenticate the user.  Once the user authenticated,  the module would execute a composite command or raise an event to notify of a successful logged in. The default module would have previous connected to the successful logged in composite command or event. This way, on successful logged in the default module would know show itself.

Anybody has a sample of their Authentication & Authorization implementation?

I can recommend client services, this enables the application to use forms authentication with membership providers to implement the authentication for your application. Optionally you can enable a roles provider to expand the possibilities of the authorization of users in your application. Pretty cool stuff and if you know ASP.NET, you can use this pretty quick.
