Hi there:

I want to use Prism in my future applications (LOB Apps for medium and small companies).

I know that it requires a DI Container which should be preferably MEF or Unity.

I don´t know much about DI Containers, only the main concept. Should I learn more about DI Containers?

I also learned that MEF is almost a DI Container and that Unity is a full DI Container.

What does it means to me, Do I have to choose Unity over MEF due to some lack of features of the latter (which I don´t know about)?, How could this decision impact my developing endeavor?

Thanks in advance for your advise.

I was planning to skip studying Dependency Injection in depth. Since I thought that with Prism I could reap most of it's benefitts.

But now I think that studying DI will bring me greater benefits, so I will then use Prism with Unity, since it's a fully fledged DI Container.
