Including additional controls in composite application views

I am starting to build a healthcare composite application and came into some problems.

1. I want to use MSCUI components for showing healthcare data. The problem is when I put even a simple label from the MSCUI package, the view is not shown and exception is raised (XamlParseException AG_E_PARSER_BAD_TYPE)

2. In some views I am using Tabcontrol and I want the tabs to be placed on the left side, but also the text to be rotated. I'v googled the net and found that I can do that with a LayoutTransformer component. When I put this component in the HeaderTemplate setter in the following code, I get the same exception.

	<basics:TabControl x:Name="HealthcareTabRegion" TabStripPlacement="Left" Grid.Row="2" Regions:RegionManager.RegionName="HealthcareTabRegion" HorizontalAlignment="Stretch">
                <Style TargetType="basics:TabItem">
                    <Setter Property="HeaderTemplate">
                                        <TextBlock Text="{Binding HeaderInfo}">
                                            <RotateTransform Angle="-90"/>
I'm assuming that it has to do with the new libraries that I'm using and that somehow I need to register them or recompile the composite libraries.
I'm using the february 2009 version of this libraries with Silverlight 3.
I would very much appreciate if anyone could send me some advice.

I've found the solution to the above problems.

It's very simple.

Just adding the libraries reference to the Shell project fixed the problems.
